  • Wales, England* & most of Scotland (1-2 working days, mostly 1 day)
    (For AB31-35 and AB41-56 delivery can 1-2 days longer)
    • Minimum order is any 3 bottles
    • Mix any 3-5 bottles: £3.99
    • Mix any 6+ bottles: FREE
  • Scottish Islands & remote areas + *Isle of Scilly (2-5 working days)
    (AB36-38, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-50, PA60-78, PA80, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-TR25, ZE1-3)
    • Minimum order is any 3 bottles
    • Mix any 3-5 bottles: £9.99
    • Mix any 6+ bottles: £3.99

Delivery Guidelines

  • Order by 14:00 for same day dispatch
    (Working days; Later orders are dispatched asap; On busy days earlier ordering may be required for same day dispatch - contact us if a delivery is urgent!)
  • Mon-Fri delivery - sometimes couriers choose to delivery on Saturday

Missing items?

Please contact us directly if you believe that any items or parcels are missing.

It is important that you keep all packaging material, as we will require photos of

  • the shipping label on the box
  • the box itself showing bottles and filler material as packed

We take photos of order as they are packed to enable us to go back and see what was sent, to enable tracking of where something may have disappeared.

The couriers use GPS tracking all the way to point of delivery, so a parcel is rarely lost. We also photograph all boxes before they are closed for dispatch.

Important notice

Alcohol shall only be delivered to consumers after full payment has been made. Delivery drivers shall not accept cash or other payments from consumers at the delivery address.

The delivery drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery as follows:

  • No adult is present, or the person accepting the delivery cannot produce ID if requested by the driver.
  • The person in receipt of the delivery appears to be intoxicated through alcohol/drugs.
  • In the opinion of the delivery driver, the customer is exhibiting abusive behaviour.

We operate an age policy - please see our terms of service for details. Alcohol shall not be delivered other than to residential and business addresses with a valid postcode.

  • Please note that couriers' performance is out of our control. But we work with DPD and DHL which are the same or better than what anyone uses
