Refund policy

RETURNS

We do not offer returns of our products to trade customers, unless "Sell or Return" agreements are in place and / or there are defects or damages e.g. during delivery.

Consumers have all their statutory rights, but the goods must then be returns in their unopened boxes as packed by us. We do not accept part returns of consumer orders, unless agreed to. 

Note: All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed)

CANCELLATIONS

Trade customers can not cancel an order once it has been accepted. Consumers have all their statutory rights.

If a consumer order is cancelled after it processing has started, then it will first have to be delivered before any returns process can start. If the order is eligible for a return, then the processes below will be followed.

A breach of our Age Verification Policy (please see Terms of Service) will render an immediate cancellation of the order.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (Part) Exchange is the default method to handle returns - unless the cost of shipping the items to be exchanged is cost prohibitive, or not practical, then we retain the right to make a part refund on a pro-rata basis.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available on returns as per separate agreement or in the case of defects or damages. 

Once the returned goods is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and explain any potential deductions from your claim.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If a refund results from the exchange or cancellation processes, then this will be carried out as soon as practical. Note all shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

A breach of our Age Verification Policy (please see Terms of Service) will render an immediate cancellation of the order, and only partial refund following deduction of delivery charges and administrative charges.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, or items sold under special agreements cannot be refunded.

RETURNS SHIPPING

Please contact us at hello@snscocktails.com before any return, and we will advise on where and how to send the goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Note: All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable (e.g. if you failed to communicate with our delivery partners or request a full return to us), unless otherwise agreed.


If you are shipping an item over £200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
