Shipping and Ordering

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We work with various couriers, and they will deliver your order across the UK, please see Deliveries for details, but most areas enjoy a next day service.

Updates to your orders (e.g. when dispatched) will be sent to your email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We like to make your shopping as convenient as possible and so we accept an extensive range of online payment methods. We think we have covered them all, but if you have any queries feel free to contact us or send us an email.

If you are a trader or buy larger quantities, please get in touch for a trade account.

Can you ship internationally?

Via the website we only accept UK mainland orders, but please get in touch to discuss orders if you are based elsewhere. We have shipped as far as New Zealand!

I have received an incorrect item in my order - what do I do?

If you have received an incorrect item with your order then please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have a problem with my order - what is your policy on returns and refunds? Cancellations?
